Moses Eugene Malone was born March 23, 1955, and died September 13, 2015. He was an American professional basketball athlete who played in the American Basketball Association (ABA) and the National Basketball Association (NBA). His career spanned from 1974 to 1995. He was a center and was the NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP), was a 12-time NBA All-Star, and was an eight-time All-NBA Team selection.
